Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women&#39;s health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Work On</b></p><p>S&amp;OP Management</p><ul><li>Oversee and coordinate the monthly S&amp;OP cycle across all FAC affiliates.</li><li>Leads the preparation and delivery of FAC slides for Region S&amp;OP meetings, coordinating inputs from cross-functional departments and presenting consolidated updates, key planning assumptions, performance highlights, and critical issues requiring alignment or decision-making at the regional level</li><li>Ensure alignment of assumptions, risks, and opportunities across countries.</li><li>Monitor Affiliate Demand Reviews, Supply Reviews, and Executive S&amp;OP meetings.</li></ul><p>Forecast Supervision &amp; Alignment</p><ul><li>Ensure affiliate forecasts reflect market realities and brand strategies.</li><li>Maintain a unified “one set of numbers” approach across all functions.</li><li>Monitor forecast accuracy and bias and drive corrective actions.</li></ul><p>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting</p><ul><li>Review affiliate sales, and financial performance vs. Plan and LRP.</li><li>Publish consolidated FAC ADS and commentary on key changes.</li><li>Track KPIs and lead root cause analysis and action planning for misses.</li></ul><p>Inventory &amp; Supply Oversight</p><ul><li>Monitor DOH and ensure optimal inventory levels across affiliates.</li><li>Manage abnormal demand, tenders, backorders, and product allocation issues.</li><li>Support inventory forecasting for Plan, LBE, and Cash Flow cycles.</li></ul><p>Strategic &amp; Financial Planning</p><ul><li>Support Strategic Brand Plans, Financial Plans, LBEs, and LRPs.</li><li>Ensure demand inputs are integrated into financial and operational planning.</li><li>Provide insights on how forecast accuracy impacts cost, service, and profitability.</li></ul><p>Governance &amp; Process Excellence</p><ul><li>Ensure each affiliate’s S&amp;OP process aligns with EPD standards.</li><li>Act as the Cluster owner of S&amp;OP tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Prime).</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and standardization across the region.</li></ul><p>Stakeholder Engagement</p><ul><li>Act as the link between commercial and supply chain teams across FAC.</li><li>Ensure decisions and plans are clearly communicated and executed.</li><li>Escalate gaps with recommended actions and ensure timely resolution.</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><p>Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Supply Chain or Business</p><p></p><p><b>Language: </b></p><p>Fluent French and English is essential</p><p></p><p><b>Minimum Experience Required:</b></p><p>Minimum 8 years of experience in a supply chain &amp; demand planning.</p><p>Preferred professional experience.</p><p>Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, preferably a multinational.</p><p>Legal / Certification requirements.</p><p>In depth experience with replenishments and distribution.</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><b>The base pay for this position is </b></p>N/A<p style="text-align:left"><span>In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit">     </p><h2><b>JOB FAMILY:</b></h2>Supply Chain<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>DIVISION:</b></h2>EPD Established Pharma<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><h2><b>LOCATION:</b></h2>Algeria &gt; Algiers : Micro-Zone d'activité Hydra<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>WORK SHIFT:</b></h2>Standard<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>TRAVEL:</b></h2>Yes, 10 % of the Time<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:</b></h2>Not Applicable<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:</b></h2>Not Applicable<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p style="text-align:inherit">     </p><p style="text-align:inherit">     </p>
