This team reports directly to Supply Network Operations (SNO), in charge of overseeing the production and supply of products across the world. The Demand Analyst will have close collaboration with other functions in SNO, as well as other functions within Ferring.</p><p></p><p><b>Your day at Ferring</b></p><ul><li>Supporting the activities of the SNO Regional Heads and Value Stream Leaders to drive the Demand Planning process with data, insights and recommendations.</li><li>Ensuring that the Demand Data generated by the markets using the Demand Planning tool is on time, complete, available for local, regional and global teams and accurately reflecting market intelligence.</li><li>Working on improvement activities including use of statistical forecasts, forecast accuracy and bias improvement.</li><li>Participating not only in demand activities, but also in other data related activities within SNO.</li></ul><p>This position is a great opportunity to work in an international environment within the Global Supply Network Operations team.</p><p></p><p><b>Behind our innovation…There’s you</b></p><ul><li>A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering. An advanced degree and or APICS qualification is preferred</li><li>Understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts is a must</li><li>Experience in Demand Planning is preferred</li><li>Experience in working with Kinaxis, SAP or other Demand Planning tool</li><li>Strong Excel skills</li><li>SQL, Python and/or PBI knowledge would be a bonus</li><li>Ability to handle complexity and utilize analytical skills with attention to details</li><li>“Hands on” approach to problem-solving</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Good communication skills in writing as well as verbal</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Note:</b> For graduate candidates: experience in all aspects is not mandatory if fluent English, numerical/data skills and learning agility can be demonstrated.
