Acting as a &#39;servant leader&#39;, you&#39;ll drive continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement and proactive risk management whilst fostering effective collaboration across matrixed teams.</p><p></p><h1><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h1><p></p><p><b>Agile Delivery &amp; Team Leadership</b></p><ul><li><p>Drive Agile adoption and maturity across teams, applying Scrum, Kanban or scaled frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and enable self-managed, high-performing teams.</p></li><li><p>Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.</p></li><li><p>Promote Agile values, principles, and continuous improvement culture.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Project Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Define, plan, and manage medium-to-large scale projects with direct business impact.</p></li><li><p>Maintain realistic project plans, manage scope, timelines, and budgets.</p></li><li><p>Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.</p></li><li><p>Manage change control processes to ensure all project modifications are properly evaluated, documented and approved in alignment with governance standards.</p></li><li><p>Ensure quality reviews and compliance with agreed standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Release and Deployment</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead planning, design, and execution of release packages, including risk assessment.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate release scheduling and communication with stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Ensure rollback procedures and post-release reviews are conducted.</p></li><li><p>Drive adoption of automation and best practices in release management.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Organizational Capability &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></p><ul><li><p>Identify and implement process improvements and capability enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Conduct maturity assessments and prioritize improvement opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Mentor teams and promote a learning and growth culture.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Stakeholder and Relationship Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies.</p></li><li><p>Act as a single point of contact for communication and decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Collect feedback and manage issues, resolutions, and lessons learned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Measurement and Reporting</b></p><ul><li><p>Define and implement measurement frameworks for projects and operations.</p></li><li><p>Specify metrics, data collection methods, and reporting formats.</p></li><li><p>Provide accurate and timely progress updates to stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Consultancy and Business Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Understand client requirements and deliver solutions that enhance effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Communicate industry trends and technology impacts to stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with security, privacy, ethics, and accessibility standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Financial Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Track and report IT and resource expenditures, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, identify variances, and provide input for corrective actions.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Functional/Technical Competencies</b></h1><ul><li><p>Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and servant-leadership mindset.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Strategic planning and process improvement expertise.</p></li><li><p>Up-to-date knowledge of Agile practices, tools and trends in the life sciences domain.</p></li><li><p>Self-starter with adaptability and resilience.</p></li></ul><h1></h1><h1><b><span>Experience, Education and Certifications</span></b></h1><ul><li><p>Proven experience in a similar role focusing on project delivery and deployment of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).</p></li><li><p>Experience in the Life Sciences sector, ideally with exposure to the Medical Imaging domain</p></li><li><p>Experience in cloud deployment of enterprise solutions and of developing AI-powered software.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success in driving Agile maturity and innovation.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) desirable.</p></li><li><p>English: Fluent</p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>Please note that we’re only able to consider applicants who already have the Right to Work in the UK.
