Marketing & Medical Intern- “Deja tu Huella”
Join a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This program offers a 11 months internship at Roche, where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the pharmaceutical industry.
We are looking for 1 intern working on the GI-GU squad!
What do we offer?
To be part of a new cohort of the Roche-CEU San Pablo postgraduate degree as an expert in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 11 months of internships at Roche where you will participate in challenging projects and benefit from pioneering postgraduate training in the market about the pharmaceutical industry.
You will have the opportunity to get on the job training by working on key projects with your designated department from Monday to Thursday and attend in person postgraduate classes at the university on Friday.
Our main location is Madrid, we are open to applications from all over Spain but relocation will be needed as part of the program expectations. Office attendance is expected (with some flexbility) to enjoy the connection to our colleagues, network and get exposure.
Last but not least, you will have mentorship by a Roche tutor who will give you continuous feedback to develop your professional skills. The mentors for the program are Roche's senior and experienced young talent development professionals.

Main responsibilities as an intern:
Medical:
Prioritize and track medical gaps, while supporting the implementation of strategies to address them.
Facilitate medical education initiatives within the Squad.
Monitor key clinical studies within the therapeutic area, including the management of the associated publication plan.
Manage content and briefings for medical education events in collaboration with the medical team. This includes optimizing scientific content and maximizing event impact by coordinating with MCO, validating with Legal & Compliance, and engaging with digital, communication, and ecosystem teams
Provide communication support for the medical pipeline, including the development of presentations, materials, and meeting coordination
Support pre-launch readiness medical activities.
Creation or update of medical materials.
Support administrative tasks of the department (database management, coordination with agencies, etc.).
Marketing:
Participate in the launch readiness plan for new treatments.
Support in the creation and review of promotional materials.
Collaborate with the organization of promotional events, campaigns, or launches.
Assist in tracking digital actions (web, social media, emailing).
Conduct small market research or competitor analysis.
Support market segmentation and assist in the effective implementation of action plans derived from segmentation.
Insights management and implementation.
Implementation of an omnichannel strategy/plan.
Support administrative tasks of the department (database management, coordination with agencies, etc.).
What are we looking for?
Education: graduates in the areas of Life Sciences (preferred). International experience as a student or working abroad is a plus.
Skills: good communication skills, teamwork experience, and the ability to multitask.
Competencies: Digital skills and an interest in social media, big data, and AI.
Mindset: Proactive, curious candidates willing to learn, grow, challenge the status quo, and adapt to a network organization. Passion for improving the lives of patients and motivation to give the best of yourself in an innovative and challenging environment.
Languages: Advanced communication level in both English and Spanish.
Commitment: Full-time dedication from September 2026 to August 2027.
International students must have a valid NIE or work permit in Spain.
