We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Assembles a range of standard parts, semi-products and/or components, and ensures respective quality.<p>General Responsibilities:</p><p>Operate semi-automatic and automatic product filling and assembly equipment in an efficient manner while adhering to OSHA, GMP, and ISO guidelines.</p><p></p><p>Examples of such equipment include, but are not limited to, the following:</p><p></p><p>Reagent dispensing units, cartridge assembly lines, Reagent tray fill and seal equipment, computers, and analytical balances. </p><p>Perform duties listed for HbA1C Operator “A” line assignments as required.</p><p>Perform the set-up, in-process monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Reagent dispensing pumps and the reagent tray filling pumps as they relate to DCA cartridge production.</p><p>Perform the in-process testing, data collection, and troubleshooting of DCA cartridge and reagent tray production lines.</p><p>Be able to provide information to the supervisor, machinist, engineering, or other support department with clear information on machine symptoms or elements that affect production.</p><p>Assist machinist or engineering in the process of troubleshooting and solving operational problems on production equipment.</p><p>Provide detailed safety, quality, or performance details along with challenges affecting shift performance hourly on the Tier 1 production board, any line performance form or computer spreadsheet/database.</p><p>Confirm daily inventories of production floor supplies and materials.</p><p></p><p>General responsibilities for the operation of such equipment include:</p><p></p><p>A. Safely performs all assigned jobs.<br />B. Thaw reagents, set up, test, monitor, and clean up Reagent and buffer tray dispensing pumps which will require the ability to troubleshoot dispensing problems.<br />C. Perform the required in-process testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of both reagent cartridge and buffer tray production.<br />D. Perform in-process sampling for performance testing and special sampling for trials, etc.<br />E. Adjust machines as necessary to obtain efficiency and quality with supervisor approval.<br />F. Enter information into the laser printers and labelers.<br />G. Clean production equipment as directed by supervisor.<br />H. Dispense bulk solution into carboys from bulk tank.<br />I. Must be able to perform any and all duties of the DCA “A” Operator if in the “B” operator classification on DCA Line 1.<br />J. Minor troubleshooting and adjustments of production machinery where trained, deemed qualified and assigned such duties<br />K. Handle hazardous waste as required.<br />L.
