You will drive operational stability and continuous improvement while embedding Quality, EHS, and GDP/GMP requirements into daily execution.<br /><br /><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end DC operations including Receiving, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Inventory Control</li><li><span>Ensure SLA adherence, cut-off compliance, and stable same-day/next-day shipment execution (including cold chain handling where applicable)</span></li><li><span>Own inbound governance: receiving schedules, ASN control, GR/putaway accuracy, and coordination with transportation/3PL partners</span></li><li><span>Own outbound execution: shipment prioritization, exception handling, and error reduction to improve OTD and order accuracy</span></li><li><span>Drive high inventory accuracy through cycle counting, discrepancy management, reconciliation, bin governance, and root cause investigations (RCCM/CAPA)</span></li><li><span>Ensure strong EHS, Quality, GDP/GMP, and corporate compliance across DC operations; maintain audit readiness and follow-up actions</span></li><li><span>Lead and develop the workforce: shift planning, training/qualification management, performance coaching, and safety culture</span></li><li><span>Monitor and report KPIs (e.g., OTD, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, labor/OT, cost metrics) and execute corrective actions</span></li><li><span>Drive productivity improvement through PPI/Lean/Kaizen/5S and data-driven operational analysis</span></li><li><span>Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives including WMS optimization, facility layout redesign, and process standardization</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, QA, EHS, Commercial, Finance) and external partners (carriers, 3PLs)</span></li></ul><p><br /><b><span>Qualifications (Must Have)</span></b></p><ul><li><span>8&#43; years of proven experience leading warehouse/DC operations (end-to-end) with strong execution discipline</span></li><li><span>Hands-on capability in inventory control (cycle count, discrepancy reduction, bin/location governance)</span></li><li><span>Working knowledge and practical application of EHS and Quality requirements in operations </span></li><li><span>Strong ability to manage operational KPIs and drive improvements through structured problem-solving (RCCM/CAPA)</span></li><li><span>2&#43; years of leadership experience managing teams/shifts and building a performance &amp; safety culture</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (internal &#43; 3PL/Carriers)</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)</b></p><ul><li>Experience in regulated environments such as GDP/GMP, cold chain, hazardous goods handling</li><li>Experience driving continuous improvement using Lean/Kaizen/PPI with measurable outcomes</li><li>WMS user-level expertise and experience in WMS optimization, slotting, layout redesign</li><li>Experience with multi-site operations or matrix stakeholder environment</li></ul><p><br /><b><span>Success Measures (What Good Looks Like)</span></b></p><ul><li>Stable daily execution with improved OTD, cut-off compliance, order accuracy</li><li><span>Sustained improvement in inventory accuracy and reduced discrepancies/audit findings</span></li><li><span>Measurable productivity gains and cost control (reduced OT, rework, emergency shipment costs)</span></li><li><span>Embedded compliance culture: proactive risk management for Quality/EHS and audit readiness</span></li></ul><p><br /><span><b>Apply Now</b><br />If you are a hands-on operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about quality, safety, and continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply. </span></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
