<p></p><ul><li>Architect platform DBS plan to enable strategy planning and drive mid to long term CVDs and KPI results</li><li>Manage the Kaizen funnel at platform level, facilitate events and ensure post Kaizen sustainment</li><li>By scalable events, implement, improve, and sustain foundational sales and Marketing effectiveness processes including funnel management and transformative marketing</li><li>Build DBS capability across platform (e.g. CP/ACP/CT pipeline, coach/mentor platform leadership team)</li><li>Build up DBS growth culture and provide DBS Fundamentals training in DBSU China. Identify best practices within region and share across operating companies.
