DESCRIPTION:
As Data Visualization and Reporting Analyst, you will translate complex data into clear and compelling analytics outputs (e.g. dashboards, reports, and selected presentation-ready materials) that summarize performance, communicate insights, and tell actionable, data-driven stories. This includes building and transforming visualization-ready data sets, contributing to data analysis and insight development, and creating interactive resources in Power BI and similar tools. You will also support AI-enabled reporting and analysis workflows, including preparation of AI-ready data, use of approved AI tools to accelerate reporting and analysis, and development of repeatable approaches that expand access to analytics across the function. This unique and exciting role will enable you to collaboratively strengthen performance analytics, reporting, and visualization practices within Thermo Fisher’s Global Communications function, supporting analytics goals, stakeholder needs and the continued growth of a vibrant data-driven culture.
