Position Summary
The Data Scientist will be part of the Data team, within the Digital function in OrganOx. OrganOx’s Data team is changing the way OrganOx operates around data, increasing efficiencies and enabling teams to deliver data-based solutions to make every organ count. The Data Scientist will deliver a collection of Data assets for OrganOx, according to strategic priorities and organisational needs. The assets will include (but not be limited to):
- End-to-end Predictive Machine Learning Models on different domains.
- Advanced analysis for key projects, supporting critical projects in the organisation.
- Develop root cause analysis for specific organisational domains.
- Technological solutions in the data realm to support a variety of stakeholders.
Being part of a small team, the Data Scientist will show a flexible approach to problem solving and the capacity to be hands on in all the steps of the data development cycle (such as, requirement capture, problem framing, data cleansing, ML pilot development, model serving, data graphics, final reporting). It is expected that the Data Scientist will follow the Data Team ways of working, as well as contributing to the development and improvement of the ways of working and wider data culture at OrganOx.
This is an on-site position in Oxford UK, with flexibility, the ensure stakeholder engagement with Engineering, Quality and other relevant business units.
