If you’re passionate about technology, leadership, and creating impact—this role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference.<p style="text-align:inherit"><br /> </p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><div><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Design and develop innovative BI and analytics solutions</b> that optimize processes, improve decision-making, and advance strategic objectives.</p></li><li><p><b>Engage senior leaders across functions and geographies</b>, identifying business needs and trends and translating them into scalable digital tools.</p></li><li><p><b>Lead and coordinate cross‑functional and external teams</b> across multiple locations, ensuring high‑quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of complex projects.</p></li><li><p><b>Ensure consistency, scalability, and quality</b> across digital initiatives, while maintaining strong governance and cost control.</p></li><li><p><b>Drive adoption of digital tools</b> by championing data accuracy, quality, and standardized deployment, building credibility and trust across the business.</p></li><li><p><b>Align digital finance initiatives with Novartis strategic priorities</b>, embedding data and digital innovation into TechOps Finance processes.</p></li><li><p><b>Support and develop team members</b>, fostering a high-performing digital finance team with a strong learning and innovation mindset.</p></li><li><p><b>Collaborate closely with DD&amp;IT and Data Science teams</b> to co-create best‑in‑class digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Essential Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>University degree required; <b>Master’s degree or MBA preferred</b></p></li><li><p>10 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment</p></li><li><p>Proven expertise in <b>business intelligence, analytics, and digital finance transformation</b></p></li><li><p>Strong project management experience in <b>complex, matrixed organisations</b></p></li><li><p>Proficiency in:</p><ul><li><p>Data architecture and databases (<b>SQL Server, Snowflake</b>)</p></li><li><p>Visualization tools (<b>Power BI, SAC, QlikSense</b>)</p></li><li><p>AI/ML solution design</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in <b>English</b>; <b>Spanish is an advantage</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Desirable Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in the <b>pharmaceutical or healthcare sector</b></p></li><li><p>Previous success as a <b>product owner</b> in digital finance or analytics initiatives</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Accessibility and accommodation</b>: Novartis is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to all individuals.
