The Position

As an Associate Data Advisory and Insights Specialist, you will support senior team members in providing data-driven recommendations and insights to business stakeholders. In this entry-level role, you will assist with PoC creation, data collection, conduct preliminary analysis, and learn to translate complex data into actionable business language under guidance. You will focus on developing foundational analytical and communication skills, understanding business contexts, and contributing to the initial stages of advisory projects aimed at improving decision-making. Specifically, your main focus will be building and configuring conversational analytics solutions through ready-to-use platforms such as Snowflake and ThoughtSpot, helping business users 'Talk to Your Data' without needing complex analytic skills.

Job Responsibilities.

• Scope / (Content Leadership): Assists in building Conversational Analytics solutions.
• Accountability/Problem Solving: Addresses well-defined business problems using data. Performs routine data analysis and visualization tasks.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with internal teams to gather data requirements and context. Presents findings primarily to internal stakeholders.
• Impact/Strategy: Contributes to small-scale projects and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Complexity / (Product Size): Participates in the development of PoCs for larger analysis projects.
• Business / Technical ability: Applies basic proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. Demonstrates a growing understanding of fundamental data analysis techniques and conversational analytics.

Qualifications.

Education / Experience.

• Entry-level background with an eagerness to develop foundational analytical skills and understand business contexts.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in assisting with data collection, conducting preliminary analysis, and preparing reports and presentations under guidance.

Technical Skills.

• Basic proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools - we require hands-on experience at least in one data visualization or data analysis tool
• Understanding of fundamental data analysis techniques to address well-defined business problems.
• Basic understanding of Data Engineering and Business Intelligence (BI)
• Familiarity with modern AI concepts like Conversational analytics, "Talk to your Data", LLMs, MCP servers, Agentic AI, headless architecture
• Willingness to learn BI technologies, mostly Thoughtspot, Power BI, Tableau, conversational analytics

Additional Qualifications.

• Strong collaborative and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to gather data requirements and present findings.
• Communicative English - as we work in global teams, English is our primary language.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 90’300.00 PLN - 167’700.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 10% subject to both individual and company performance.
