This role is a partner to the Global Marketing Vice President and must advocate, uphold, and innovate BEC LS DBS capabilities at all levels and sub-functions within the Marketing organization, inclusive of the functional leadership partner(s). Successful candidates will have executive presence and the ability to drive to results as a trusted member of the marketing leadership team. This individual will lead from the front and help marketing leader prioritize the most impactful actions and countermeasures to risk with consistent data-driven insights.</span></p><p></p><p>This position reports to the DBS Director, Commercial Domain and is part of the the Global DBSL Team located across the global and will be an on-site role unless the selected candidate does not live within 30 miles of a Beckman Coulter Life Sciences site.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Participate in</b> <b>Policy Deployment:</b> Partner with Commercial Domain Leadership to establish and refine critical processes to accelerate growth core growth while improving our marketing-led demand generation engine across new and existing channels.</p></li><li><p><b>Govern Regional Commercial Kaizen &amp; Problem-Solving Funnels</b>: Guide teams to prioritize focus and ensure ongoing use of DBS Kaizen Standards, Best Practices, and Sustainment. </p></li><li><p><b>Manage Commercial DBS Certification Pipeline</b>: Builds DBS skill by helping business partners prioritize DBS tool certification needs, identify candidates, and supports those candidates throughout the process. </p></li><li><p><b>Teach DBS and Nurture DBS Culture</b>: Leads DBS-related events and trainings and serves as the DBS standard-bearer for the Marketing Organization. Tools of focus include Daily Management, Problem Solving Process, Growth Marketing, Customer Insights and Launch Excellence.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>The essential requirements of the job include:</b>   </h2><ul><li><p>Minimum bachelor’s degree in a Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred. </p></li><li><p>Minimum 5&#43; years of experience specifically in sales, marketing, digital marketing, sales operations, or similar role OR equivalent time in a position dedicated to continuous improvement. </p></li><li><p>Minimum 10&#43; years of work experience is required.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated use of Danaher Business System Fundamental and Commercial Tool. Certified Practitioner status in one or more tools preferred.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience partnering with Commercial or Marketing senior leaders and leading through influence at all levels of a global organization.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2>​<b>Travel, Motor Vehicle Record &amp; Physical/Environment Requirements:</b> </h2><ul><li><p>Ability to travel – 35 % travel, overnight and including international.</p></li><li><p>Must have a valid driver&#39;s license with an acceptable driving record.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lbs in support of trainings and workshops.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</b>  </h2><ul><li><p>Strong process orientation, problem solving skills, and a commitment to delivering results. </p></li><li><p>Ability to perform exceptionally in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment with a sense of urgency. </p></li><li><p>Experienced influencer capable of managing / leading teams at all levels of an organization, including executive level, without direct authority. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
