SCARLETRED is seeking a Customer Success Manager with experience managing clinical trials and digital health projects. You will support our project management activities and maintain excellent communication with clients in biopharma, cosmetics, and the medical industry. The role involves managing projects, preparing training calls, acting as the primary contact for study sponsors, and internal reporting. You will also participate in business development and continuous self-education.

Requirements

Master degree in life sciences; Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical project management; Experience in biotech, pharma, cosmetics, or medical device industry; Broad understanding of pre-clinical and clinical studies; Excellent organisation and project management skills; Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and ICH-GCP; Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
