• Handle ingredient order of China market, including product of LC10 plant, Omega NSA plant and trade material of Lonza (China) Investments Co. ,Ltd.. Assist communication of oversea order of China ingredient sales team.
• Cooperate with manufacturing sites and logistics providers to ensure shipment activities within different regions are executed according to customers’ requirements.
• Responsible for customer service and purchasing function, include enquiries to manufacturing sites, order process and follow up, sample requisition and management, feedback to suppliers & customers, customer complain follow.
• Provide support to sales team such as weekly report and monthly report.
• Manage the files such as sales contract, import/export document, payment document and etc.
• Handle purchase request / purchase order from sales team
• Manage SAP date related to sales, such as material, customer and vendor.
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years working experience, in health care industry preferably, B2B environment is a plus
Proficient in spoken English
Ability to communicate and maintain relationships
Negotiation and listening skills is required
Good team player
Willingness to learn, curiosity
Ability to solve problems
Strong in Admin & document control
Ability to represent Lonza brand
Basic computer skills
