Don't hesitate and come and join us.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">About this opportunity</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":240}"> - Customer Service Representative (International)</span></p> <p><strong>Description:</strong></p> <p>Responsibilities include but not limited to customer service support and activities and order processing, invoicing, and inventory support as listed below:</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Customer Service support to include, but not be limited to</p> <ul> <li>Answering incoming customer calls, emails and/or faxes</li> <li>Processing OUS / ROW orders</li> </ul> <p>    - Processing customer orders</p> <p>    - Confirming order accuracy</p> <p>    - Processing sales orders and distributing to fulfillment team</p> <p>    - Processing customer order confirmations</p> <p>    - Customer Follow up</p> <p>          ~ Processing Proforma Invoice and customer follow up</p> <p>          ~ Coordinating and allocating inventory with Warehouse/Production</p> <p>          ~ Processing Commercial Invoice and all logistical documentation</p> <p>          ~ Coordinating Freight Forwarders</p> <p>          ~ Submitting all order, logistical and Quality documents to customer</p> <p>          ~ File Maintenance</p> <p>Processing Inventory Returns in Sage/ RA Log Maintenance</p> <p>    - Issuing RA numbers</p> <p>           ~ Expirations and Exchanges</p> <p>           ~ Complaints</p> <p>           ~ damaged products</p> <p>General Customer Service support, as needed</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualification Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma</li> <li>1-2 years Customer Service experience/ (Medical Device a plus)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <p>Efficient and accurate processing of customer requests</p> <p>Ability to effectively articulate and communicate with customers, management and employees, in both verbal and written communications</p> <p>Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness</p> <p>Good general math skills</p> <p>Able to handle multiple tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines</p> <p>Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive matters</p> <p>Attention to detail, able to work autonomously</p> <p><strong>Pre-requisites / Job Experience:</strong></p> <p>Experience in clerical, administrative, corporate environment</p> <p>Skilled in computer keyboard, experienced in multiple corporate processing systems</p> <p>Experience in Customer Service field, ERP processing preferred</p> <p>Some Accounting or Bookkeeping experience, a plus</p> <p>3 years Customer Service in Medical Device (preferred), 1 to 2 years of international experience </p> <p>High School diploma</p> <p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Moderate standing or walking.</li> <li>Extended periods of sitting.</li> <li>Heavy computer use.</li> <li>Light lifting.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p> <p>Working conditions are normal for an office environment.</p> <p>The above information on this description have been designed to indicate the general nature of work performed by employees within this position.
