Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Customer Service Representative located in Juarez south Campus.

Reporting to the Director Materials the role involves responsibilities in charge of communicating  with customers and deal with customer's inquiries
Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing a comprehensive and high-quality services for all customer needs 

What a typical day looks like:

• Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing a comprehensive and high-quality services for all customer needs

• Handle enquiries, and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution

• Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers

• Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.

• Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed

• Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, and minimize the use of jargon to best ensure customer comprehension

• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results KPIs.

• Review customer demand and communicate potential risks or constraints to internal stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate information in ERP systems and customer portals.

• Participate in customer meetings and provide regular business updates.

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and service level expectations.

• Generate reports related to customer demand, shipments, inventory, and service metrics.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in Business,, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.

• Experience supporting automotive customers.

• Knowledge of customer portals and order management processes.

• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Advanced conversational English (written and verbal).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
