The CSR acts as a key interface between customers, sales teams, logistics, and other internal departments, contributing to customer satisfaction and business continuity in a regulated medical device environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>Customer orders management</b></p><p>Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system</p><p>Process material reservation (implants &amp; instruments) for surgeries planned in hospitals</p><p>Invoice hospitals according to procedure</p><p>Coordinate deliveries to and returns from hospitals with logistics team</p><p><b>Communication with customers, sales team</b></p><p>Be the primary point of contact for customers and sales team members for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, prices and reimbursement data (RIZIV – INAMI), quotations and others.</p><p>Be point of contact for transporters.</p><p>Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional way and report the issue to the sales representative or any other involved department.</p><p>Communication (email, phone) with Sales Representative and/or Clinical Support representative regarding possible delivery issues (e.g. missing items) for a specific surgery.</p><p>Follow-up back-orders and inform Sales Team.</p><p></p><p><b>CRM</b></p><p>Maintain accurate customer records and master data.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p><p><b>Essential:</b></p><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service, administration, or logistics, preferably in healthcare sector.</p><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</p><p>Fluent in Dutch and French</p><p></p><p><b>Desirable:</b></p><p>Experience with ERP system is an added value</p><p>Experience in a similar function in the healthcare or medical device industry</p><p>Fluent in English</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Competencies:</b></p><p>Accuracy and attention to detail</p><p>Well-organized, be a good planner and keep overview</p><p>Problem-solving minded</p><p>Customer oriented, helpful</p><p>Ability to perform under pressure</p><p>Collegial</p><p></p><p><b>Benefits:</b></p><p>Competitive salary</p><p>Hospitalisation insurance and pension scheme</p><p>Opportunities for professional development with supportive working environment</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span style="font-size:14px">EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY</span></b><span style="font-size:14px"><br />Enovis provides equal employment opportunities based on merit, experience, and other work-related criteria without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, age, pregnancy, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
