You will support customer service and supply chain activities, learn operational processes, and work closely with colleagues across functions. We value curiosity, clear communication and a growth mindset. This role offers hands-on learning, coaching, and clear milestones to develop a long-term career while helping GSK unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p>This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:-</p><p>- Support daily operational requirements.</p><p>- Assist with coordination of inbound and outbound logistics to meet timelines and quality standards.</p><p>- Help maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in our systems.</p><p>- Prepare simple reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.</p><p>- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve routine supply issues and improve processes.</p><p>- Participate in training and development activities, applying feedback to improve performance.</p><p></p><p><b>Why You?</b></p><p></p><p>This role is based in Türkiye and is an on-site position. If you need adjustments during recruitment, please contact our Recruitment Team.</p><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualification</b></p><p></p><p>We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:</p><p></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, life sciences or a related field.</p><p>- Proficient Turkish and professional working English.</p><p>- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</p><p>- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</p><p>- Legal right to work in Türkiye.</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualification</b></p><p></p><p>If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:</p><p>- Internship or practical experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse or supply chain roles.</p><p>- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.</p><p>- Basic knowledge of good manufacturing and storage practices.</p><p>- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or project work.- Training on manual handling or forklift operation.</p><p>- Interest in building a career in pharmaceutical, healthcare or related sectors.</p><p><br />How to apply</p><p>If you are ready to learn, grow and make a meaningful contribution, we want to hear from you.
