Customer Service, Commercial & Administration Specialist

CSL is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service, Commercial & Administration Specialist t to support our Slovakia affiliate. In this diverse role, you will contribute to customer service agenda, commercial operations, data analysis, compliance activities, event coordination, and office administration, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

The Role:

• Manage Slovak Customer Service agenda
• Support commercial operations through data analysis using IQVIA, Sprinx, and internal systems
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business materials
• Coordinate customer and contract administration, including documentation and archiving
• Support the planning and execution of external and internal events
• Manage compliance-related reporting, including NCZI and Transfer of Value (ToV)
• Provide administrative support to the Slovakia leadership team
• Coordinate affiliate meetings, agendas, and operational activities
• Manage office administration, communications, suppliers, office facilities, and corporate card processes
• Support SOP coordination, HR administration, and business operations activities
• Provide backup support for operational and administrative processes as required

Your Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma required; university degree preferred
• Experience in office administration, customer service, business support, event management, data analysis, or a similar role
• Experience within an international commercial environment is an advantage
• Fluent English and native-level Slovak language skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, data analysis, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across functions
• High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
