To strengthen our sales team in Gräfelfing, we are looking for a Customer Relations Manager (m/f/d) on a full-time basis, starting immediately. The position is based in Munich and plays a key role at the interface of science, contracting, pricing, customer service, and funnel management within CRELUX and the broader WuXi AppTec organization. Responsibilities include promoting and maintaining high customer satisfaction, understanding scientific workflows, generating contracting proposals, providing scientific input to enhance proposal quality, implementing pricing structures, optimizing content, driving continuous improvement in workflows, maximizing client value, and supporting customer follow-ups. Requires maintaining a sales funnel, providing feedback to executive management about market trends, developing a customer-facing team, and having market expertise in structure-based drug discovery services.

Requirements

Master’s degree (no PhD) in Biology, Biophysics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences. Experience in customer-facing roles. Strong organizational skills and ability to understand customer needs. Understanding of contract research services and proposal development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; German is an advantage. Team player.
