Based at our <b>Port Melbourne office, Victoria</b>, you will be responsible for the implementation of many exciting projects, pre-dominantly across Victoria, Tasmania, and as required, South Australia. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the overall delivery of our ANZ business for our diagnostic imaging, image-guided therapy, along with an opportunity to support our hospital patient monitoring portfolio. The role is core to supporting Victoria and will include Tasmania and South Australia as required.</p><p></p><p>This is a crucial role within the Philips Healthcare business, where you will have overall responsibility for delivering end-to-end projects on time, in budget, and to the essential standards and quality requirements. This will be achieved through your active involvement in the Order Acquisition Process (presales engagement) and effective execution of the Order Realization Process of mid to large installations of fixed and mobile medical imaging systems and occasionally supporting our patient monitoring &amp; hospital integrated solutions projects teams.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Partnering closely with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre-sales process</p></li><li><p>Conducting site assessments to understand local situations and customer needs</p></li><li><p>Performing risk assessments, creating budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs and creating accurate quotes</p></li><li><p>Setting project milestones, project planning, and interfacing with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring that all required materials, resources, and activities are ordered, planned, and executed on time.</p></li><li><p>Conducting regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Managing and communicating project risks and issues, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget</p></li><li><p>Conducting pre and post calculation project reviews including &#39;&#39;Project Lessons Learnt&#39;&#39;</p></li><li><p>Organizing the execution of the installation and required user training</p></li><li><p>Manage the transition from project execution to closure and to business service supports</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You&#39;re the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience within Radiography, Medical Imaging, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare digital radiographic information systems.</p></li><li><p>You will have qualifications in either engineering, healthcare, project management, or equivalent, and ideally also be a Certified Project Manager; PMP or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>You will bring a sound track record of Project Management experience within in healthcare, equipment installation, infrastructure delivery or construction projects, in a B2B environment</p></li><li><p>Experience in contract and risk management as well as a solid understanding of the supply chain process, and working with large cross functional teams</p></li><li><p>Sound negotiation, conflict and stakeholder management experience, and excellent communication skills</p></li><li><p>High level of software literacy across MS Office suite, Salesforce, MS Project, MS Visio, CAD</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Philips</b><br />We are a health technology company.
