Upgrade to Pro — $25/moThe Customer Project Engineer is responsible for supporting project management by preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation, including contracts and Statements of Work (SoWs). The role coordinates project schedules and logistics, such as meetings and travel arrangements, to ensure timely execution. The role involves tracking project progress, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines, and communicating any issues or delays to the team. The role facilitates communication between internal teams and customers, manages project-related data, and prepares detailed progress reports
Your role:
• Perform site visit and site measurement; identify site constraints for equipment installation; and to develop equipment layout drawing for communication with customer
• Assists in the preparation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring all contracts, Statements of Work (SoW), and relevant materials are accurate and easily accessible to the project team.
• Coordinates project schedules and logistics, including organizing meetings, booking venues, and arranging travel for project team members, to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• Develops substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of dissimilar tasks and participates in planning and priority settings within their area of responsibility.
• Monitors and tracks the progress of project deliverables, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon quality standards and deadlines, and promptly communicates any delays or issues to the project team.
• Supports the facilitation of clear and timely communication between internal teams and customers, ensuring that updates, changes, and critical information are accurately conveyed to all stakeholders.
• Handles the entry, updating, and management of project-related data in internal systems, ensuring all project records are consistently up-to-date and error-free. • Assists in the preparation of detailed project progress reports by gathering and compiling data from various sources, ensuring that the information is comprehensive and delivered on time.
• Helps track project expenses and budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are within the approved limits and promptly reporting any discrepancies to the project manager.
• Supports the identification, documentation, and management of potential project risks and issues, ensuring they are communicated and addressed promptly by the relevant team members.
• Addresses basic inquiries, providing timely updates on project status, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Engineering, biomedical or Science
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Service or equivalent.
