We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.</p><p></p><p>Apply now for the position of <span>Customer Insights Lead The Customer Insights Lead is responsible for supporting a team that works collaboratively across functions, business lines and geographies, to provide voice of customer insights that assists the Varian Business Areas to achieve its commitment to create a world without fear of cancer.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li>Support market research initiatives across Varian’s business lines, working with portfolio strategy and product marketing teams to design and conduct primary market research</li><li>Plan and administer Field Advisory Boards, working closely with regional marketing leadership across global regions to support the enhancement of marketing materials and product strategies</li><li>Conduct primary market research at major trade shows, including designing interview and survey questions, recruiting respondents, conducting interviews, and sharing insights with relevant internal stakeholders</li><li>Liaise with third party market research vendors, designing requests for proposals (RFPs), managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting in project scoping and design</li></ul><p><b>Your expertise:</b></p><ul><li>Market research experience including an understanding of how to develop interview/focus group discussion guides and surveys</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional management skills with Strong organizational skills with attention to detail</li><li>Extensive and proven project planning and management skills, including independent project execution</li><li>Proven expertise in data interpretation, visualization, and story-telling via PowerPoint</li><li>Experience in strategy development and deployment based on market insights</li><li>Excellent communication skills – ability to articulate verbally and in writing to medical and non-medical professionals</li><li>Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate and influence at senior levels within and outside of the organization</li><li>Ability to work independently/be a self-starter, navigate novel situations, and easily build relationships </li><li>Extensive skills in management consultation and lean management, including a methodical way of thinking</li></ul><p></p><p>To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://siemes-healthineers.com/cancer-care</p><p></p><p><b><span>Who we are:</span></b> We are a team of more than 71,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries.
