CUSTOMER FINANCE INTERN (FRENCH SPEAKING)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Customer Finance Intern you will gain hands-on experience supporting key financial operations that help ensure the smooth delivery of our medicines to patients around the world. Working closely with Customer Finance professionals, internal stakeholders, and external customers, you will develop valuable expertise in accounts receivable, cash collections, credit management, and financial processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced international environment while building a strong foundation for a future career in Finance.

• Cash collections & receivables support – Assist with cash collection activities, monitor outstanding balances, support cash application processes, and help ensure financial records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.
• Credit & risk management – Support customer credit reviews, monitor credit limits, analyse customer financial information, and contribute to effective credit risk management across assigned markets.
• Financial operations excellence – Help maintain accurate customer master data, support accounts receivable reconciliations, record transactions in line with local and corporate requirements, and ensure data integrity across finance systems.
• Stakeholder collaboration – Partner with internal teams and external customers to resolve payment-related queries, gather cash forecast information, and support daily Customer Finance activities.
• Continuous improvement & global teamwork – Contribute ideas to streamline processes, leverage finance tools and systems effectively, provide support across the team when needed, and collaborate with colleagues from diverse international backgrounds while developing your professional skills.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Minimum requirements

• University Degree in Finance, Economy or similar
• Knowledge of basic principles, methods, and practices of professional field of Customer Finance and Accounts Receivables.
• Fluency in English and French

Preferred requirements

• SAP Knowledge

• Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
