The Customer Service Representative will typically do the following: listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns via phone and email, provide information about products and services, take orders, review or make changes to customer accounts, handle questions or complaints, record details for customer contacts, research answers or solutions as needed, refer customers to supervisors, managers or other team members as necessary. Essential Duties include developing a professional relationship with international customer accounts, communicating with customers, processing quotations, purchases orders, preparing technical drawings, analyzing customer needs, and other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus. Technical aptitude is a plus. Strong computer skills and advanced working knowledge of MS Office. Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with customers, sales representatives, other team members, and distributors while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be detail oriented and well organized. 2+ years’ experience with the above criteria. Must have the ability to sit at a desk using a computer for 8 or more hours per day; stand, kneel, walk and bend as required throughout the workday. Must be able to lift, pull, push or carry light weight files or tools (approximately 1-10 pounds).
