Customer Complaint Specialist (F/M)

We are looking for a Customer Complaint Specialist for the Quality Department at our Mohamdia plant.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Part of a team of 4 investigators, this role plays a key contribution in ensuring a seamless and compliant customer complaint handling process. The position supports cross‑functional investigations, drives continuous improvement, and safeguards customer satisfaction through timely and accurate follow‑up.</p><p></p><p><b>Grow with Us - Your Responsabilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Entry of customer complaints into the SAP database from initial receipt</p></li><li><p>Editing, completing, and archiving customer complaint files</p></li><li><p>Leading technical and documentary investigations related to customer complaints</p></li><li><p>Facilitating cross‑functional meetings to present samples and identify root causes</p></li><li><p>Driving coordination meetings with internal stakeholders to define and monitor CAPA plans</p></li><li><p>Preparing and issuing customer complaint reports</p></li><li><p>Managing communication with customers, supported by Customer Quality Managers, on all complaint‑related topics</p></li><li><p>Potential participation in internal audits, customer audits, and notified body audits alongside responsible stakeholders, including presenting the customer complaint process</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will convince us</b></p><ul><li><p>Master’s degree (Bac&#43;5)</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of industrial environments and the healthcare sector</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) considered an asset</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with investigation best practices</p></li><li><p>Understanding of audit best practices</p></li><li><p>Strong command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</p></li><li><p>SAP software/module knowledge considered a plus</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical mindset and ability to conduct structured investigations</p></li><li><p>Effective cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to synthesize complex information and document findings clearly</p></li><li><p>Organizational discipline and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement</p></li><li><div><p><b>Language Skills</b></p><ul><li><p>Excellent command of French (written and spoken)</p></li><li><p>Excellent command of English (written and spoken)</p></li></ul></div></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Sartorius </b></p><p></p><p>Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
