Description

Interacts with customers and sales team members via phone or email to coordinate the correct order intake and entry, coordination of order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and invoicing support. You will spend most of your day managing incoming customer orders and inquiries via email and phone, entering orders into the ERP system, confirming order details, tracking shipments, and working with internal teams to resolve routine issues. Accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism are critical to success in this role.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in customer service, order entry, order management, or inside sales support. High school diploma or GED needed. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable handling customer interactions by phone and email. Basic to moderate Microsoft Excel skills. Ability with Microsoft 365 applications.
