Collaboration is fundamental to this role, requiring close partnership with cross-functional teams—including General Managers, and the VP Medical Sales—to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and delivery of customer-driven solutions. This leader will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling new CT products—including photon counting detectors, multi-beam x-ray sources, and dual energy imaging solutions—while ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and strong internal synergy across key business stakeholders.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Description</h2><p><u><b>Key Responsibilities</b></u></p><p></p><ul><li><b>New Product Introduction (NPI)</b>: Lead the marketing and solution strategy for new CT product launches, including Multi Beam X-ray (MBX) tubes, high-end CT sources, and photon counting technologies.</li><li><b>Market Analysis:</b> Conduct comprehensive market analysis utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methods. Identify emerging trends, customer needs, competitor strategies, and market opportunities to inform portfolio direction.</li><li><b>Solution Development</b>: Spearhead the creation and development of innovative CT imaging solutions, including photon counting detectors, multi-beam x-ray sources, and dual energy imaging solutions, ensuring they meet market demands and are ahead of industry trends.</li><li><b>Product Requirement Definition</b>: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and technology advancements to define clear, actionable product requirements for new CT offerings.</li><li><b>Value Proposition Development:</b> Craft and refine unique value propositions for new CT products and solutions, highlighting their competitive advantages and aligning them with the needs and expectations of the target customer segments.</li><li><b>Strategic Leadership &amp; Roadmap Definition</b>: Define and execute the CT solution roadmap in alignment with Varex’s strategic initiatives and in close collaboration with the business units. Establish multi-year product roadmaps, prioritizing features and innovations based on market analysis, business value, and customer impact.</li><li><b>Cross-functional Collaboration</b>: Partner with engineering, operations, and sales to ensure readiness for product launches and to support lifecycle management.</li><li><b>Customer Engagement:</b> Act as the voice of the customer, engaging with OEMs and key accounts to validate product-market fit and gather feedback for continuous improvement.</li><li><b>Marketing Execution:</b> Develop compelling value propositions, launch plans, and sales enablement tools to support global campaigns and regional rollouts.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Qualifications</b></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.</li><li>8&#43; years of experience in medical imaging, preferably in CT or X-ray technologies.</li><li>Proven track record in product marketing, solution development, or strategic marketing roles.</li><li>Strong understanding of CT system architecture, OEM dynamics, and imaging trends.</li><li>Experience with new product introductions and cross-functional launch planning.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel globally as needed.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Join Varex Imaging?</b></p><p>At Varex, we are making the invisible visible.
