<p><span><b>CRM</b></span> <b>Activation Tech Lead, U.S. Oncology Customer Engagement</b></p><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity</b></p><p><span>We are looking for a hands-on </span> <span><b>CRM</b></span> <span><b>Activation Tech Lead</b> to drive the technical execution of our U.S. Oncology digital engagement tools. In this role, you’ll be the &#34;engine room&#34; of our digital transformation, focusing on the build and maintenance of a seamless, data-driven experience for healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients. You will work closely with the Activation Engineering Lead to turn global platform blueprints into high-performing, local solutions that ensure life-saving treatments reach the right people.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p><b><span>Hands-on Implementation:</span></b><span> Lead the technical build-out and day-to-day optimization of <b>Salesforce Life Science Cloud</b>, <b>Marketing Cloud</b>, and <b>Data Cloud</b>.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>AI &amp; Automation Execution:</span></b><span> Support the deployment of <b>Agentforce</b> pilots to automate customer interactions and boost field force productivity.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Omnichannel Delivery:</span></b><span> Execute the technical strategy for omnichannel journeys, ensuring <b>Data Cloud</b> triggers real-time, personalized actions for field reps in the CRM.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Integration Building:</span></b><span> Develop and maintain <b>API-first</b> and <b>event-driven integrations</b> between Salesforce and oncology-specific data sources like claims and EHR feeds.</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Squad Mentorship:</span></b><span> Lead a squad of engineers through daily <b>Scrum/Kanban</b> activities, conducting code reviews and enforcing <b>DevSecOps</b> standards (CI/CD, automated testing).</span></p></li><li><p><b><span>Vendor Quality Control:</span></b><span> Review technical deliverables from external partners to ensure they meet our internal architectural principles and code quality expectations.</span></p></li></ul><div></div><p></p><p><b>Required Skiils &amp; Qualifications-</b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Education / Experience</span></b></p><p><span>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience<br />5&#43; years of experience in CRM or related Customer Engagement processes.  </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Salesforce Expertise</span></b></p><p><span>Deep technical experience with <b>Veeva CRM</b> and/or <b>Salesforce Life Science Cloud</b>, specifically configuring <b>Data Cloud</b> and <b>Marketing Cloud</b>.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Integration Skills</span></b></p><p><span>Proficiency in <b>RESTful API</b> design and <b>Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)</b> using tools like <b>MuleSoft</b> or <b>Kafka</b>.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Agile Leadership</span></b></p><p><span>Proven experience leading engineering squads, managing technical debt, and driving <b>GitFlow</b> and <b>CI/CD</b> pipelines.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Technical Influence</span></b></p><p><span>Ability to explain technical trade-offs to IT partners and translate business requirements into technical designs.</span></p><div></div><p></p><p><b><span>Preferred Skills</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Emerging AI</span></b></p><p><span>Hands-on experience or certifications in <b>Salesforce Agentforce</b> or building autonomous agents using <b>Large Language Models (LLMs)</b> and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Domain Knowledge</span></b></p><p><span>Deep understanding of U.S. Oncology (HIPAA, claims data, EHR models, and regulatory considerations).</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Cloud Architecture</span></b></p><p><span>Proficiency in <b>AWS</b> or <b>Azure</b> cloud services, specifically for serverless computing (Lambda/Functions) or data warehousing (Snowflake).</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Vendor Management</span></b></p><p><span>Experience managing &#34;Managed Services&#34; or <b>System Integrator (SI)</b> partners to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural blueprints.</span></p><p></p><div></div><p><b><span>Why Join Us?</span></b></p><p>You will be at the forefront of the <b><span>agentic era of CRM</span></b>, leveraging the latest Salesforce tools to drive patient impact at scale.
