In this role, you will have a direct impact on strengthening our credit and reconciliation processes in Türkiye. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are eager to grow within a global organization, work cross functionally, and contribute to more efficient financial operations that support our <br>mission.<br><br>This position is based in Türkiye and operates in close collaboration with our Credit, Commercial, Posting, and Customer Service teams. The role requires regular interaction with both internal stakeholders and customers, and may occasionally involve travel depending on business needs. The selected candidate will be part of a supportive and dynamic environment where continuous improvement and process ownership are highly valued.<p></p><p><b>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:</b></p><ul><li>Actively participate in the internal Reconciliation Project and ensure accurate progress of all related processes</li><li>Support the daily operations of the Credit Department and manage required documentation</li><li>Monitor customer credit risk and perform related risk assessments</li><li>Follow up on collection activities and take required actions for overdue accounts</li><li>Work closely with the SAP posting team to coordinate necessary transaction entries</li><li>Maintain regular communication with customers regarding payment plans, balances, and disputed accounts</li><li>Collaborate with commercial teams and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution of credit and collection processes</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Knowledge and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field</li><li>Experience in credit management, collections, or financial operations</li><li>Strong understanding of risk assessment and account reconciliation processes</li><li>Proficiency in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) and MS Office tools</li><li>Excellent communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder engagement</li><li>Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Native-level Turkish and strong proficiency in English are required</li><li>Desirable: Experience working in a multinational environment and familiarity with medical device industry processes are considered an advantage but not require </li></ul><p> </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Physical Job Requirements</b><br /><br />The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p> </p><p> </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Benefits &amp; Compensation</b></h1><p style="text-align:left"><b>Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package</b><br />A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
