Join us and play a meaningful role in improving performance while supporting our mission to improve lives globally.</p><p>Within Sanofi Business Operations, the Order to Cash (O2C) team delivers high-quality, standardized Credit &amp; Collections services across multiple markets. As part of this team, you will manage end-to-end credit and collection activities for assigned countries, partnering closely with Finance, Commercial, and Customer teams to support healthy cash flow, mitigate risk, and enable sustainable business growth in a dynamic, international environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Deliver end-to-end Credit &amp; Collections services in line with agreed SLAs, internal controls, and compliance requirements</li><li>Monitor AR ageing, perform collection and dunning activities, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution and cash recovery</li><li>Own Credit Management and Collection activities for assigned countries, ensuring consistent service delivery and stakeholder alignment</li><li>Conduct credit risk assessments, periodic credit reviews, and actively manage customer portfolio risk</li><li>Investigate blocked sales orders, validate credit availability, and collaborate with Commercial teams to resolve overdue issues</li><li>Respond to internal and external customer enquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and service focus</li><li>Track operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives</li><li>Support country process transitions into Sanofi Business Services, including knowledge transfer and documentation</li><li>Maintain and update SOPs and Work Instructions with appropriate validation</li><li>Participate in LEAN initiatives, process improvement projects, and adoption of digital/RPA tools as required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You</b></p><ul><li>Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline</li><li>Experience in Credit &amp; Collections or financial operations, ideally within a shared services or regional environment</li><li><b>Professional proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English</b>, required for business communication</li><li>Solid understanding of credit risk assessment, collections processes, and dispute management</li><li>Exposure to ERP or credit management tools (e.g., SAP, HighRadius) is an advantage</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and risk awareness</li><li>Comfortable working with MS Office applications, particularly Excel</li><li>Able to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while collaborating effectively with others</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Why Choose Us?</b></p><ul><li>Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team</li><li>Discover opportunities to grow your career through internal mobility, learning, and international exposure</li><li>Benefit from a competitive rewards package that recognizes your contribution and impact</li><li>Take care of yourself and your family with comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits and family-friendly policies</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
