Creator Manager - Los Angeles

CREATOR MANAGER – TIKTOK SHOP   ABOUT SPOTLIGHT MEDIA Spotlight Media is a leading TikTok Shop Partner agency, scaling some of the most recognizable brands in the new age of social commerce. Unlike traditional agencies, we don’t believe in cookie-cutter playbooks—every strategy we craft is custom-built to unlock our clients’ full potential on TikTok Shop. As a TikTok Shop–only agency, our entire focus, from the initiatives we pursue to the talent we hire, is singularly dedicated to driving growth on the platform. We’ve guided brands through the full funnel—from launch to scaling into the millions in GMV—and we’re just getting started. We believe the future of e-commerce is social, and creators sit at the center of that future. Spotlight is building a creator-first ecosystem where top creators don’t just work with one brand once—but grow with us across a portfolio of world-class brands over time. Spotlight is a place for high-agency individuals who thrive on ownership, autonomy, and speed. This is not a role for someone looking to “maintain” a program—this is a blank canvas for builders who want to shape how creators, brands, and commerce intersect at scale.   ABOUT THE ROLE Spotlight is hiring a Creator Manager to own and grow a portfolio of TikTok Shop creators, and to shape and run the creator strategy for our brand partners. You'll be the main point of contact for your creators, acting as a trusted partner who helps them earn more, stay engaged, and work with Spotlight again and again. This role is both creator-facing and client-facing. It combines strategy, high-touch relationships, and programs that reach creators at scale. You'll work closely with our Account Management and Operations teams to make sure creators and brands get best-in-class support. Location: Remote (US). If you're based in the New York City area, this is a hybrid role: you'll work from our Midtown Manhattan office four days a week, Monday through Thursday. Place your strongest creators across multiple Spotlight brands over time. - Network growth: Recruit new creators into the Spotlight network through outreach across email, SMS, DMs and TikTok. - Campaign delivery: Turn that strategy into campaigns and own them from start to finish, from the creative brief to the final video, keeping creators and clients aligned and on schedule. - Performance and growth: Track creator performance across brands and use it to coach creators on content that converts, guide your priorities, and make recommendations that drive revenue. - Creator advocacy: Understand each creator's goals, resolve their questions quickly, and represent their needs inside Spotlight. - Community and education: Build programs and resources that activate creators at scale, such as challenges and incentives tailored to creators' performance, niche and experience, alongside the 1:1 relationships. - Cross-functional improvement: Partner with Account Management, Operations and Product to surface insights, share best practices, and improve how we work. YOU ARE ENERGIZED BY - Building relationships with creators and helping them thrive - Thinking strategically about which creators and content will move a brand forward - Turning data into practical next steps - Solving problems quickly for creators and clients - Taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering measurable results - A fast-paced environment where you help shape the playbook as you go WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - 1–3 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent or account management, customer success, or a related field.
