Working closely with a dedicated Eurasia team, you&#39;ll oversee local pharmacovigilance activities, contribute to benefit-risk assessments, and collaborate with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to turn safety insights into real-world impact. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.</p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><p>●       Ensure safe use of Sanofi products by managing safety case reports, monitoring adverse events, and supporting local pharmacovigilance activities in compliance with global and local regulations</p><p>●       Support the Multi-Country Safety Head with day-to-day safety operations, including signal detection, risk management, patient support programs, and market research oversight</p><p>●       Build and maintain strong working relationships with Medical, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Legal teams and country leadership to ensure aligned safety practices</p><p>●       Review scientific literature, prepare periodic safety reports, and contribute to benefit-risk assessments for all Sanofi products in your assigned countries</p><p>●       Help implement and monitor risk minimization measures and safety requirements for local programs, working cross-functionally to protect patient safety</p><p>●       Support pharmacovigilance training and education initiatives within the local organization, including training for service providers and partners</p><p>●       Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, taking personal accountability for compliance with Sanofi policies and relevant legal requirements</p><p></p><p><i>About you</i></p><ul><li><p><span><i><b>Experience:</b> Background in pharmacovigilance or drug safety, with hands-on experience in case management, signal detection, and regulatory interactions</i></span></p></li><li><p><span><i><b>Soft &amp; technical skills:</b></i></span></p><ul><li><p><span><i>Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and safety data management across multiple sources</i></span></p></li><li><p><span><i>Ability to evaluate safety signals and support risk management activities</i></span></p></li><li><p><span><i>Strong communicator who can work effectively across functions and cultures in an international environment</i></span></p></li><li><p><span><i>Collaborative, solution-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting</i></span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><span><i><b>Education:</b> Advanced degree in a health-related field (e.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences) or equivalent — essential for performing the role</i></span></p></li><li><p><span><i><b>Languages:</b> Full professional proficiency in English</i></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><i> </i></p><p><i>Why choose us?</i></p><p>Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?
