• Lead channel and business analytics for CCC (trends, demand/supply mismatches, inventory and write-off risks) and provide actionable insight to Business Units, Commercial and Finance.
• Track CCC benefits by logging key decisions and quantifying their impact on P&L, inventory, risk and opportunity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Drive collaboration between Marketing/Commercial, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance and Site/W&D teams to support monthly CCC cycles and S&OP.
• Partner with regional CCC and Area S&OP stakeholders to manage escalations, share Egypt insights and align on operating plans.

Governance, Compliance and Quality

• Ensure CCC activities, data and reporting follow company governance, CCC standards, SOPs and internal controls, including confidentiality requirements around CCC materials.
• Maintain audit and inspection readiness for CCC-related documentation, including KPI logs, decision records and CCC meeting packs.

Capability Building and Continuous Improvement
