We envision a world where mental health means not just the absence of illness but the ability to thrive. - </span><a style="font-size: 12pt;" href="https://compasspathways.com/">Compass Pathways</a><span style="font-size: 12pt;">.</span></p></div><p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Job overview</strong>:<strong>  </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Coordinator, People Operations is responsible for end-to-end administration of the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate HR data management, compliant onboarding and offboarding processes, and timely employee documentation for the UK and US.
