Join a high-performing team focused on finance transformation and building a best-in-class Controlling Operations organization within the Budapest Hub. As a trainee, you&#39;ll contribute to meaningful work from day one — gaining real exposure to global pharmaceutical finance while growing alongside experienced professionals.<br /><br />You will support the controllers who manage R&amp;D costs across their perimeter, working closely with Finance Business Partners and R&amp;D stakeholders around the world. This is a hands-on learning role designed to give you practical experience in financial controlling within a complex, global organization.
