<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1>As a Contracting &amp; Tender Specialist, you will manage and optimize all contracts and tender activities across our Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) portfolio within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will lead the full lifecycle of contracting and tendering, ensure compliance, support pricing strategy execution, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive strong commercial outcomes.<br><br>This role requires fluency in Dutch, French, and English, and can be based either remotely or in a hybrid setup from our offices in Diegem (Belgium) or Eindhoven (Netherlands).<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><div><p><u><b>Responsibilities</b></u></p><p><b>Contracting</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage the <b>end-to-end contract process</b>, including drafting, reviewing, evaluating, and finalizing agreements.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all contracts comply with <b>regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards</b>.</p></li><li><p>Maintain an accurate and centralized <b>contract repository</b>.</p></li><li><p>Use <b>SAP Vistex</b> to manage pricing conditions, amendments, renewals, and expirations.</p></li><li><p>Identify and correct pricing inconsistencies in line with commercial strategy.</p></li><li><p>Resolve pricing disputes in collaboration with customers, legal, and internal teams.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b>Tender Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the full <b>tender lifecycle</b>, from opportunity identification to submission.</p></li><li><p>Prepare, coordinate, and negotiate tender documentation and contractual terms.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with commercial, medical, legal, finance, and regulatory teams to tailor submissions to customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure <b>quality, compliance, and risk mitigation</b> across all tender documents and processes.</p></li><li><p>Support the <b>standardization</b> of contracting and tendering processes across the PDx region.</p></li><li><p>Track tender performance, including wins/losses and competitor pricing insights.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b>Stakeholder Collaboration</b></p><ul><li><p>Partner closely with sales, marketing, legal, finance, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure accurate and compliant contract and pricing execution.</p></li><li><p>Act as a <b>trusted advisor</b> to internal and external stakeholders on contracts, tenders, and pricing matters.<br /> </p></li></ul><p><u><b>Requirements</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Experience in <b>contract management, tender management, or procurement</b>, preferably within the <b>pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical technology</b> industries.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to <b>accuracy, compliance, and documentation quality</b>.</p></li><li><p>Business-level fluency in <b>Dutch, French, and English</b>.</p></li><li><p>Strong <b>analytical skills</b>, with the ability to interpret pricing models, market data, and complex contract terms.</p></li><li><p>Proven <b>communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management</b> capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of the <b>pharmaceutical landscape</b> across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize effectively, manage tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><p><u><b><span><span>About Us</span></span></b></u></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator with over 100 years of healthcare industry experience and around 50,000 employees globally.
