Veradermics is seeking an organized, detail-driven, and proactive Contract Specialist to support our rapidly growing operations. Reporting to the General Counsel, the Contract Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of contracts across the company and partner closely with other functions including Procurement, Finance, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Commercial. Responsibilities include managing contract workflows, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining contract repositories, supporting finance procedures, and providing legal operations support as needed. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in life sciences contracting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in life sciences contracting, strong understanding of contract structures, proficient with contract management tools, exceptional organization and communication skills, operates with strong judgment and discretion.
