Contract Recruiter (Biopharmaceutical Industry) 6 month contract

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter for a 6 month contract to join our rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company during an exciting phase of expansion. This individual will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a variety of functions, including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Biometrics, Research, CMC, Quality, Commercial, and Corporate Operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, is highly skilled at proactive sourcing and candidate engagement, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires a hands-on recruiter who is equally comfortable developing talent pipelines, managing candidate relationships, and coordinating a seamless interview process.

This is a hybrid contract position requiring onsite presence three days per week.

Rezolute (RZLT) currently anticipates the base salary for the Contract Recruiter role could range from $65.00 per hour to $90.00 per hour and will depend in part on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience
