We are seeking a hands-on Contract Clinical Recruiter with demonstrated experience recruiting clinical research and biopharma talent. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for critical clinical and research operations functions. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to support aggressive hiring timelines and deliver high-quality talent.This is a 6-month contract position. Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical research, clinical operations, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and related biopharma functions</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role criteria, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring plans</li><li>Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn and other job boards)</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs</li><li>Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes</li><li>Oversee pre-employment verification processes</li><li>Prepare the employment offers for senior management approval</li><li>Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related majors</li><li>Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry</li><li>Fluency in English and Mandarin</li><li>Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing</li><li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience in supporting clinical teams is required</li></ul> This is a 6-month contract position with an expected workload of 40 hours per week.The expected hourly rate for this role is $65–$95 per hour, depending on qualifications, depth of clinical research recruiting experience in biopharma, and Mandarin language proficiency.Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, technical expertise, scope of responsibility, and market conditions. While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for candidates whose background and expertise exceed the requirements of the role.
