<ul><li>Location: Budapest, Hungary</li><li>Job type: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid</li></ul><h1>About the job</h1>Our Team:This position is part of Sanofi Business Operations, within Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence organization and reporting to the Head of Continuous Improvement.Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence drives continuous improvement and process excellence, ensuring existing service towers adopt a standard framework, methodologies and tools to deliver upon end-to-end process excellence ambition.The role will provide Continuous Improvement leadership to help standardize and transform our end-to-end process. The role is focused on complex initiatives, that can span transversally across end-to-end process areas and regions, in an environment with a high degree of interdependency.Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide Continuous Improvement (CI) guidance to Business Operations department.<ul><li>Maintain and promote the CI framework.</li><li>Contribute to Business Operations CI Program, especially during assessment, design and execution phases.</li><li>Provide consultancy, mentoring, coaching to CI initiatives.</li><li>Lead some CI initiatives, especially the transversal ones. Develop and provide supporting tools and methodology.</li></ul></li><li>Disseminate CI culture across Business Operations department<ul><li>Design and execute CI training programs</li></ul></li><li>Contribute to CI governance with various stakeholders<ul><li>Provide the right factual data to Process Owners so they can take the best decisions.</li><li>Identify and promote synergies across the different end-to-end process.</li></ul></li></ul><h1>About you</h1><ul><li>Experience:<ul><li>3-5 years experience in GBS / BPO Shared Services industry or consulting industry.</li><li>Certification in CI methodology (Black Belt certified or any other equivalent certification).</li><li>Knowledgeable in business process in scope (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing & Supply, R&D)</li><li>Proven track record of impactful contributions to CI programs with tangible results</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Soft skills:<ul><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, including with Senior stakeholders</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication & inter-personal skills, ability to develop high-quality documents</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate team members with indirect reporting relationships across multiple geographies. through a CI journey.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently and take initiative under pressure.</li><li>Strong collaboration mindset with ability to work with a group of people with different functional expertise.</li><li>Adaptability to deliver in ambiguous context, flexible, comfortable with changes.</li><li>Efficient analytical skills, attention to details.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Technical skills: Knowledge/certification on Continuous Improvement methodology (Lean, Six sigma Black Belt).</li></ul><ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or Science</li></ul><ul><li>Languages: Fluent in English is mandatory.
