As Marketing Intern - Vaccines in our process manufacturing team, you’ll be incharge of general marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations.</p><p></p><p><b>Main responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>General marketing and administration duties to support Brand Team and Operations</li><li>Maintain and update databases and records related to marketing and sales activities</li><li>Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials, sales contracts and letters to HCPs and vendors</li><li>Prepare monthly marketing and operations report and follow-up on action items</li><li>Support team on meeting minutes and co-ordination</li><li>Submission of Purchase Orders ensuring approvals before the need by date</li><li>Creation of new vendors/HCO/HCP</li><li>Managing event invoices and contracts/MOUs</li><li>Submission of payments for events and sponsorship activities</li><li>Submission and creation of new vendors and resubmission of expired vendors in the system</li><li>Support sales execution (releasing of orders) during high season especially for flu</li></ul><p></p><p><i>About you </i></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in relevant fields</li><li>Good attitude and communication skills</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Why choose us?</i></p><ul><li>Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Pursue <i>progress</i>, discover <i>extraordinary</i></h1><p>Better is out there.
