In this role, you&#39;ll take ownership of L3 support for Concur and selected SaaS applications while delivering enterprise integrations using SnapLogic. You&#39;ll also develop capabilities on low/no-code platforms and serve as a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) resource for our Bespoke engineering team in Chennai.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to lead Concur configuration and enterprise integrations while expanding your expertise in modern integration platforms and low-code solutions.</p><p></p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Concur Administration &amp; Configuration</h3><ul><li><b>Own end-to-end Concur configuration</b><span> </span>including policies, audit rules, workflows, cost centers, per diem/VAT, expense types, approval routing, and user/role management</li><li><b>Support Concur project deliverables</b><span> </span>from requirements gathering through configuration build, testing, deployment, and hypercare</li><li><b>Provide L3 support</b><span> </span>with comprehensive problem management and root cause analysis (RCA)</li><li><b>Maintain knowledge base and runbooks</b><span> </span>while ensuring SOX compliance and regulatory alignment</li></ul><h3>SnapLogic Integrations</h3><ul><li><b>Design, build, test, and operate</b><span> </span>SnapLogic pipelines for Concur-to-SAP and other critical system integrations (HR/Finance master data, expense postings, notifications)</li><li><b>Implement best practices</b><span> </span>for error handling, observability, version control, and job scheduling</li><li><b>Partner with data and security teams</b><span> </span>to establish and maintain integration standards</li></ul><h3>SaaS Support (L3)</h3><ul><li><b>Lead or contribute to L3 support</b><span> </span>for additional SaaS applications as assigned</li><li><b>Meet SLAs and CSAT targets</b><span> </span>while driving continual service improvement and automation initiatives</li></ul><h3>Low/No-Code Enablement</h3><ul><li><b>Upskill and deliver solutions</b><span> </span>using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and similar tools</li><li><b>Streamline workflows</b><span> </span>and reduce manual effort through intelligent automation</li></ul><h3>BCP Coverage &amp; Collaboration</h3><ul><li><b>Serve as BCP resource</b><span> </span>for the Bespoke engineering team in Chennai, providing cross-region coverage, handovers, and failover procedures</li><li><b>Collaborate with global teams</b><span> </span>across Chennai, GBS, Finance, Security, and vendor partners</li><li><b>Act as a reliable point of contact</b><span> </span>for integration and support matters</li></ul><h3>Governance &amp; Delivery Excellence</h3><ul><li><b>Adhere to change/release management</b>, SOX requirements, and AstraZeneca standards</li><li><b>Track and report KPIs</b><span> </span>including SLAs, incident aging, and pipeline reliability</li><li><b>Contribute to audits</b><span> </span>and drive continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li><b>3&#43; years of hands-on Concur administration/configuration</b><span> </span>(Expense/Travel modules) including policies, audit rules, workflows, expense types, approvals, and user roles</li><li><b>2&#43; years designing and supporting integrations</b><span> </span>using an iPaaS platform (SnapLogic preferred;
