This role ensures employees, contractors, and company documentation remain compliant with customer requirements, DOT regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.</p><p></p><p>The position serves as a key administrative resource for managing workforce compliance records, monitoring certification and regulatory status, coordinating testing and training requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation across multiple compliance systems.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Compliance Program Administration</b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain employee compliance records in DISA, DOT, and other compliance management systems.</p></li><li><p>Support DOT regulatory compliance, including drug and alcohol testing programs, random pools, pre-employment screenings, and other mandated testing.</p></li><li><p>Monitor employee participation in required trainings, certifications, and regulatory programs.</p></li><li><p>Track and maintain compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with HR, Safety, and Operations to address compliance gaps or upcoming expirations.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Customer Database Management</b></p><ul><li><p>Maintain company and employee records in various customer compliance databases and contractor management systems.</p></li><li><p>Upload required documentation such as insurance certificates, safety documentation, training records, and regulatory compliance forms.</p></li><li><p>Ensure records are accurate and updated according to customer requirements.</p></li><li><p>Respond to customer requests for documentation or compliance verification.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Reporting and Documentation</b></p><ul><li><p>Generate compliance reports related to employee status, training completion, certifications, and testing requirements.</p></li><li><p>Track upcoming expiration dates for DOT, licenses, certifications, and required documentation.</p></li><li><p>Maintain organized digital records and documentation for audits and compliance reviews.</p></li><li><p>Assist with internal and external compliance audits.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Operational Support</b></p><ul><li><p>Support onboarding compliance requirements for new employees.</p></li><li><p>Assist with coordination of DOT and non-DOT drug screenings, background checks, and required certifications.</p></li><li><p>Work with operations and safety teams to ensure employees are compliant before being assigned to customer projects or job sites.</p></li><li><p>Provide guidance to employees regarding compliance requirements, DOT regulations, and documentation standards.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><b>Education & Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>2–4 years of administrative experience in compliance, safety, HR, or operations support.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with DISA, DOT, or contractor compliance systems preferred.</p></li><li><p>Experience in construction, crane, transportation, or industrial services industries is a plus.</p></li><li><p>ISNET & Avetta experience preferred.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills & Competencies</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.</p></li><li><p>High attention to detail and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage multiple databases and compliance systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).</p></li><li><p>Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working Conditions</b></p><ul><li><p>Primarily office-based with regular interaction with operations, HR, and safety personnel.</p></li><li><p>Occasional coordination with external vendors, testing facilities, and customers.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Benefits Package</b></p><ul><li><p>Medical, Dental and Vision</p></li><li><p>401K with Company match</p></li><li><p>Company-paid employee and dependent life insurance</p></li><li><p>Holiday and Vacation Pay</p></li><li><p>Marmon Employee Discount Program</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law</span>.</p><p></p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
