This role ensures systems meet performance specifications while delivering an exceptional customer experience through technical expertise, training, and hands-on problem solving.</p><p>This position reports to the <b>Global Commissioning Leader – Food &amp; Beverage</b> and is part of the <b>Pall F&amp;B Global Systems team</b>.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Lead commissioning, start-up, and performance optimization of Pall Food &amp; Beverage systems at customer sites worldwide</p></li><li><p>Ensure installations comply with technical, safety, and performance specifications</p></li><li><p>Deliver hands-on training to customer teams on system operation and maintenance</p></li><li><p>Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure successful system handover</p></li><li><p>Partner with engineering, project, and service teams to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing</p></li></ul><h2>Essential Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Brewing Science, or a related technical discipline</p></li><li><p>Several years of hands-on commissioning experience within the Food &amp; Beverage industry</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of filtration and separation technologies (brewing and protein applications preferred)</p></li><li><p>Proven troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and process optimization skills</p></li><li><p>Fluency in <b>French and English</b> is mandatory; additional languages are a strong advantage</p></li></ul><h2>Travel &amp; Physical Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to <b>80%</b></p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to <b>32 kg (70 lbs)</b></p></li></ul><h2>Nice-to-Have Experience</h2><ul><li><p>Commissioning experience in brewing, dairy, or protein processing environments</p></li><li><p>Exposure to multicultural, international project teams</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with automation platforms such as <b>Siemens, Rockwell, or Schneider Electric</b></p></li></ul><h2>What Pall Offers</h2><p>Pall Corporation offers comprehensive and competitive benefit programs designed to support life beyond the job—from healthcare and paid time off to wellbeing and development programs.
