Strategic Planning &amp; Data-Driven Insights:</b></p><ul><li><p>Design and implement commercial strategies based on market dynamics, patient flow, and competitive landscape analysis.</p></li><li><p>Translate brand objectives into field-ready tactical plans with clear KPIs and performance metrics.</p></li><li><p>Analyze immunology market trends to generate insights that guide strategic and tactical decisions.</p></li><li><p>Build compelling data narratives (storytelling) to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.</p></li></ul><p><b>2. Commercial Operations &amp; Execution Excellence:</b></p><ul><li><p>Monitor field performance through KPIs: visit activity, targeting, segmentation, and OCCP compliance.</p></li><li><p>Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, enablement tools, and execution frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Lead customer segmentation initiatives and introduce best practices for territory optimization.</p></li><li><p>Track and report execution KPIs by indication and territory to ensure timely course corrections.</p></li></ul><p><b>3. Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Leadership by Influence:</b></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, and Customer Engagement teams to ensure coordination across immunology initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Influence peers and field teams managing budgets and resources — without direct reporting lines.</p></li><li><p>Build credibility through analytical rigor, strategic vision, and results-driven execution.</p></li><li><p>Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership on performance optimization and strategic priorities.</p></li></ul><p><b>4. Digital Transformation &amp; Capability Development:</b></p><ul><li><p>Drive adoption of digital tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics solutions to enhance sales force impact.</p></li><li><p>Support field team capability development through training programs (scientific data, patient centricity, account management).</p></li><li><p>Lead innovation in commercial processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</p></li></ul><p><b>5.
