The Commercial Excellence Staff is responsible for Marketing events, Digital Marketing and entire commercial strategy enablement which encourage commercial organization toward sustainable growth with business analytics and commercial insight brings breakthrough in Japan. This position reports to the Commercial Excellence Senior Manager and is part of the Sales enablement or Marketing Communications located in Tokyo and will be an on-site role, but this position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Lead and Manage primary nationwide exhibitions such as JACLaS EXPO, JAMT etc... • Manage digital marketing assets and infrastructure to enable lead generation, nurturing • Plan and design promotional assets and materials for company’s + products’ value prop • Conduct Business Analytics with Business Intelligence • Conduct Kaizen to improve existing processes with using Danaher Business SystemThe essential requirements of the job include: • Bachelor ‘s degree or more • Over 3 years of working experience in Marketing communications or similar functions • Advance skill/knowledge of creative tools and software such as Adobe products • No rejection to English communication (Positive attitude to improve current communication skill in English)It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: • Working experience in medical diagnostic company. • Advance skill/knowledge of Business intelligence • Advance skill/knowledge of Digital marketing Commercial Excellence スタッフは、マーケティングイベントやデジタルマーケティング、営業戦略の推進を担当し、データ分析やコマーシャルインサイトを活用して日本市場での持続的成長を支援します。 このポジションは Commercial Excellence シニアマネージャーにレポートし、営業支援またはマーケティングコミュニケーションチームの一員として活動します。主な業務内容 ‐ 全国規模の展示会（例：JACLaS EXPO、JAMTなど）の企画・運営 ‐ デジタルマーケティング基盤の管理（リード獲得・育成の仕組み構築） ‐ 製品価値を伝える販促資料・コンテンツの企画・制作 ‐ ビジネスインテリジェンスを活用したデータ分析 ‐ Danaher Business System を用いた業務改善（Kaizen活動）応募資格（必須） ‐ 学士号以上 ‐ マーケティングコミュニケーションまたは類似業務での3年以上の経験 ‐ Adobe製品などクリエイティブツールの高度なスキル ‐ 英語コミュニケーションに前向きな姿勢（現状スキルの改善意欲）歓迎条件 ‐ 医療系もしくはダイアグノスティックス関連企業での勤務経験 ‐ ビジネスインテリジェンス（BI）の高度な知識・スキル ‐ デジタルマーケティングの高度な知識・スキル Join our winning team today.
