Join our team as an Commercial Excellence Partner and play a crucial role in deploying our innovative business solutions, called Roche ASPIRE Program, within our Diagnostics commercial affiliates.</p><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity</b><br />This is a unique opportunity to be part of the ASPIRE deployment in Slovakia, Diagnostics division, working closely with local legal and compliance as well as commercial teams.<br />The job holder is a member of the Legal, Regulatory &amp; Quality, Compliance team within the Slovak Diagnostics organization, providing dedicated support to the initiatives of the ASPIRE program affecting the Slovak affiliate and, in particular, the day-to-day operations and processes carried out by the members of the Legal, Regulatory &amp; Quality, Compliance team.<br />As the project lead, you&#39;ll be responsible for driving project success by ensuring all activities are completed on time. A key part of your role is to foster strong collaboration by engaging with all relevant stakeholders, in particular commercial teams including Marketing and Sales. You&#39;ll also take the lead in streamlining project communication, ensuring that information flows efficiently and effectively.<br />The role requires regular business trips, especially during the onboarding and intense collaboration phases.</p><p><br /><b>Main Responsibilities</b><br />- Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance teams to drive the ASPIRE lifecycle from planning through S/4HANA implementation.<br />- Act as a bridge between local stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Tech Service) and the ASPIRE team to harmonize internal processes.<br />- Ensure all system changes and workflows align with Roche’s internal frameworks and regulatory requirements.<br />- Track scope updates affecting reporting lines, job descriptions, and role titles to ensure smooth organizational transitions.<br />- Define and execute the data strategy, including field mapping, cleansing rules, and rigorous technical validation/mock transfers. Please let me know if you have any questions. <br />- Systems Integration: Oversee seamless connectivity between local legacy systems and the new platform, ensuring master data quality across CRM and Contract tools.<br />- Contract &amp; Tender Oversight: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer and tender documentation to maintain commercial excellence and data integrity.<br />- Knowledge Connection: Serve as a flexible, cross-functional expert to support affiliate teams and share best practices across divisions and geographies.</p><p></p><p><b>Who You Are</b><br />Required Experience and Education<br />- You hold a university degree (Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree) in Legal, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.<br />- You have a strong background in Legal and Commercial Operations or an equivalent field<br />- You have solid experience in CRM systems (salesforce.com) and SAP, and excel in managing extensive datasets using Microsoft Excel or other Business Intelligence Solutions. Certifications in analytics or data management are beneficial. <br />- You have strong project management skills and can effectively lead initiatives from planning to implementation. Experience with change management, particularly within large-scale IT projects or ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, is a significant advantage.<br />- You are proficient in both English and Czech / Slovak, both written and spoken.<br />Required Skills and Competencies<br />- You are highly proficient with IT systems and have experience in process and tool integration. This includes a solid understanding of how to harmonize business processes and manage compliance risks within a technical environment.<br />- You are a true team player with high work ethics, practicing a result-oriented working style, possessing strong decision-making and implementation skills with a proven ability to work independently and under pressure,  effectively prioritizing tasks.<br />- You are hands on, data driven, strong communicator and have the ability to influence and support stakeholders across the organization in adopting new ways of working.<br />- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling effective stakeholder communication. </p><p></p><p><b>Note:</b><br />- The role is a fixed term contract for 18 months, might be renewed based on business needs.<br />- Minimum Annual Gross Base Salary:  EUR 21,896.
