This is a hybrid role based in Auckland, partnering closely with sales, marketing and business leaders to improve customer engagement, planning discipline and commercial performance. </div><div>Your role will be varied and will include: </div><div><ul><li>Leading omnichannel and commercial effectiveness strategy across NZ </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Driving data, insights and performance management to inform decisions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Improving field force effectiveness and execution quality </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Embedding systems, tools and new ways of working </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>About you </div><div>We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded professional with a strong background in commercial excellence, omnichannel and analytics led environments.
