Target Setting &amp; Performance Management<br />   · Develop, implement, and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Hong Kong market.<br />   · Align individual and team goals tie to business objectives.<br />   · Conduct regular performance reviews and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.<br />2. Incentive &amp; Bonus Program Design<br />   · Design, communicate, and manage sales incentive plans and bonus structures to motivate and reward high performance.<br />   · Ensure incentive programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations.<br />   · Analyze the effectiveness of incentive schemes and recommend adjustments as needed.<br />3. Local Data System Development &amp; Management<br />   · Establish and maintain robust sales data systems and tools tailored to the Hong Kong market.<br />   · Collaborate with IT and regional teams to integrate local data processes with global platforms.<br />   · Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for reporting and decision-making.<br />4. Business Insights &amp; Analysis<br />   · Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.<br />   · Provide actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.<br />   · Identify opportunities for process optimization and sales force effectiveness enhancements.<br />5.
